Michael Ehrenberg began life deep in the heart of Texas–San Antonio to be exact. After realizing that he wasn’t quite at home on the range, however, Michael moved west to California to study Psychology and Economics at the Claremont Colleges. Once there, he discovered his true passion was music and radio. He spent over a year spinning music for the innovative KSPC in Claremont and eventually graduated to music director.

After college, Michael moved to Los Angeles and began his advertising career by landing a coveted position in media planning at the renowned Needham Harper and Steers. From there, he moved on to producing satellite media tours for entertainment celebrities, musicians and other newsmakers at JNEX-TV NEWS Services. Michael wanted to combine his love of his music with his finely honed people skills, though, and found the perfect opportunity in a promo job in Top 40 and Adult Contemporary Radio. This led to a stint at Private Music as Promotion Coordinator for a year before heading to Windham Hill High Street Records which, in turn, paved the way to AAA radio. There, he promoted artists like John Gorka, the Subdudes and Patty Larkin while developing some key relationships in the world of radio.

Michael then went to Capricorn Records as a West Coast rep for a year before striking out on his own as an independent promoter of Adult Rock Music. For the last six years, Outsource Music has developed a strong and loyal clientele.
In addition to being an avid lover of music, Michael has studied several languages including Spanish and Italian. He has also educated himself in multiple areas of the culinary arts, including studying Tuscan cooking in Florence, Italy.
